How to request deletion

To request deletion of your Cognilumos account data, email support@cognilumos.com from the email address associated with your account and use the subject line "Account Deletion Request".

What we delete

We delete account profile data, connected social tokens, saved research history, generated reports, competitor pins, Creator DNA records, and stored integration metadata associated with your Cognilumos user account.

If you connected Instagram, disconnecting from Account settings immediately removes the stored Instagram access token. A full account deletion request also removes the Instagram connection record and related account metadata.

Timing

We process deletion requests within 30 days. Some records may remain only where retention is required for security, fraud prevention, payment records, legal compliance, or backup integrity.

Disconnecting third-party access

You can also revoke Cognilumos access from your Google or Meta account settings. Revoking access stops future API access, but emailing us is still the recommended way to request deletion of data already stored in Cognilumos.
